easyONE w/ DSC AIS SART

Description

The easyONE w/ DSC AIS SART unit from Weather-dock is a combined AIS MOB/DSC Maritime Survivor Locating Device (MSLD).

Function

The easyONE w/ DSC is designed to be integrated into most inflatable PFD’s. The unit is placed between the folded bladder of the life vest, attach the cord to a D ring or suitable spot on lifejacket.
In the event of a MOB scenario the life jacket inflates automatically when submerged. The inflating of the balloon will eject the easyONE which also will be submerged into the water. The salt tab melts, the unit is triggered and starts broadcasting immediately.

DSC 

Upon activation of the easyONE it has the ability to transmit a closed loop message back to 8 programmable MMSI numbers. This technology alerts the home vessel immediately.

AIS

The easyONE transmits the DSC distress call immediately upon activation. At the same time the easyONE begins tracking the MOB via AIS technology and will transmit GPS coordinates as well as a MOB alert back to all AIS equipped vessels within range.
